Stage Performances since 1983
Some of the 'Productions' pages have copies of a poster or programme in Adobe PDF (Portable Document Format) files. To access these files, you need a PDF Reader. You can download a free copy of the reader from Adobe. However, the Adobe Reader application is very large, so if you need a smaller one, go to the Links page and select 'Reading PDF files'.
List of Past Performances
The table of all the plays that have been performed since Balally Players was formed is arranged with the most recent at the top. Where an entry is underlined, it indicates that there is an additional page for that production. The link will take you to a page with background information on that play, the cast and crew and in many cases photographs and other material relating to the production. To return to this list of all the plays, select the 'Productions' menu again or click on one of the refresh icons (<) that appear on the left of the page. The 'up' icons (^) take you to the top of the current page.
The very first production by the group was in 1983, the year after it was founded. In almost every year since then, one or more plays have been staged in a variety of venues. Since the Mill Theatre was opened in Dundrum in 2006, it has been home to Balally Players and other drama groups in the area.
