Getting in touch and keeping in touch
The email Inbox behind our web site is monitored regularly. We also send out notices on forthcoming shows and updates of general interest by email. You can join our mailing list and manage your contact information using the Mailing List Form below.
To send a message to us, use the Contact Form below. This gives us some flexibility in sharing the receipt and handling of your emails among our volunteer members. The ( ) email address is assigned to one member of the Committee and will be read by them when accessing the rest of their email messages.
Our approach to the security of information you provide on this website and our use of cookies is covered under our Privacy Statement below.
Email Form
To send a message to Balally Players, to ask for more information, to give us some feedback, or just to say how much you enjoyed one of our shows (!), use this form, letting us know who you are and how we can reply should you need a response.
Remember to include your email address or other contact information in the form above if you need a reply to your message.
The Balally Players mailing list is used to distribute information about forthcoming productions. It is also used to send information that may be of general interest to members and non-members who would like to follow the activities and interests of the group.
Subscriptions to our Public Mailing List are completed using a double opt-in procedure. A message will be sent automatically to the email address you provide, asking for confirmation of the request.

The system will recognise that your details are already on file and give you the option to 'Update your preferenes', that is, change your Email Address, the spelling of your First Name or Last Name and to include or exclude your Mobile Phone number, which may be used to send SMS text messages.
To REMOVE your contact details from our Mailing List (Unsubscribe)
- If you have a recent email sent from our Public Mailing List, you can simply click on the Unsubscribe Link at the bottom of that email.
- If you don't have such a recent email, and you do not wish to receive any more emails sent to our Public Mailing List, you can Unsubscribe by using the same 'Join Our Mailing List' procedure. Your name, email address and optional mobile phone number are not made available to any third parties and are used by us only to contact you about Balally Players and related activities.
Cookies
In common with most websites, we use small text files ('cookies') saved on your computer or mobile device to enable some of the features on the site and make it work better over time. Our assumption is that by viewing this website with internet browser software set to accept cookies, that setting reflects your acceptance of our use of such files.
Cookies can help us to make our website more convenient for you to use and allow you to share pages with social networks such as Facebook. We do not use cookies to collect any information that can identify you without your permission. Neither do we pass data to advertising networks or other third parties. As is the case with most websites, ours includes functionality provided by third parties, such as embedded video material stored on YouTube. Other examples include search facilities provided by FreeFind and Google, which is also used for measuring website traffic, and MailChimp, which provides a service that allows us to send personalised emails to our mailing list. Disabling cookies will probably stop the functions provided by these services from working.
It is usually possible to disable cookies using a setting in your internet browser. However, if your concern about cookies is related to what is called 'spyware', a better approach may be to install anti-spyware software, which can automatically remove malicious or invasive cookies.
