This is our annual Christmas Show which is a very popular annual seasonal event in our calendar that provides an opportunity to show the great variety of talent within the group. So if you sing, dance, play an instrument, recite a poem or enjoy a comedy routine, this is for you! The show is scheduled for Wednesday 7 to Saturday 10 December 2016.
These auditions are not only for casting the actors, the shows also need a support crew, so whatever your interest, there will be a place for everyone.

Balally Players has organised the 'Introduction to Directing' Workshop, which is facilitated by Clare Maguire.
Clare is a teacher, actor and director, and her workshop is designed for anyone who may have a notion to direct a play, but it is has much that will be of interest and help to actors. It is a way of thinking about theatre. The workshop will include a number of exercises that will help directors implement their thoughts and ideas.
The workshop starts at 10am and finsihes at 5pm. The fee for the one-day course is 30 euro, but paid-up Members of Balally Players will be charged 20 euro.
Places are limited to 20 people, and will be allocated on a 'first-come-first-served' basis. The course is filling quickly so if you are interested, please email Aoibhinn at aoibhinn2000 @ hotmail.com to secure your place.
